TaskHarbor provides personal assistance and coordination for accepted requests. Services may include scheduling, research, reservations, errands, and coordination with third-party providers. Acceptance depends on availability, location, timing, safety, and the nature of the request.

Submitting a website form does not create a service agreement or guarantee acceptance. A request begins only after TaskHarbor confirms the scope, timing, fees, and any other material details.

You agree to provide accurate, timely information, maintain authority to make the request, review confirmations, and avoid requesting illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or inappropriate activity. You remain responsible for decisions and approvals that require your judgment.

TaskHarbor may communicate with independent providers on your behalf but does not control their availability, prices, policies, acts, omissions, or service quality. Any third-party terms may also apply to bookings or purchases.

Applicable service fees and anticipated expenses should be disclosed before work begins. You are responsible for approved third-party charges, taxes, booking costs, and cancellation fees. The final terms should specify payment timing and methods.

Changes and cancellations should be requested promptly. Whether they can be accommodated depends on progress already made and applicable third-party rules. Reasonable charges may apply for completed work or nonrefundable costs.

TaskHarbor should use reasonable care in providing accepted coordination services, but availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Any limitations of liability, warranties, or dispute terms must be tailored to applicable law and reviewed before publication.

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The final published version should state an effective date, a governing law, and a monitored contact method for questions.
